Privacy notice

This notice describes the small amount of information used to sell and manually fulfill the first maximum-ten LandSignal Reports.

Information used

• Email address used at checkout.
• Submitted Texas address or location description.
• Optional latitude/longitude coordinates.
• Order, report-generation, delivery, refund, and support records.
• Minimal anonymous visitor and purchase totals, only if separately approved before launch.

Why it is used

The information is used to process payment, identify the requested location, generate and deliver the report, answer customer questions, handle refunds, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and measure this limited commercial validation.

Payment information

Payment is handled on Stripe-hosted Checkout. LandSignal does not receive or store card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own services and privacy terms.

Analytics

No advertising tracker, cookie-based customer profile, fingerprinting, session replay, or form-field analytics is configured. If approved later, measurement will be limited to anonymous landing-page visitor counts and Stripe's checkout and purchase totals.

Retention approach

The proposed minimum is to keep identifiable order and fulfillment records only through completion of the validation review and as needed afterward for payment, refund, dispute, support, legal, or accounting obligations; then delete or de-identify email and precise location information when it is no longer needed. A final retention decision and operating responsibility must be set by the owner before launch. No fixed deletion period is promised by this notice.
