LandSignal Report terms

These terms apply to the limited validation-stage purchase of one LandSignal Report for $19.

What you are purchasing

A LandSignal Report is a one-time informational analysis of recent and historical oil-and-gas public records around one Texas location. The analysis normally covers an area approximately 10 miles from the location LandSignal resolves from your submission. It does not identify or analyze parcel boundaries.

Location review and delivery

You may submit a Texas property address, nearby road address, recognizable location description, or latitude/longitude coordinates. If the location is ambiguous, LandSignal will contact you before preparing the report. During this limited validation, fulfillment is manual. The delivery target is within one business day after payment and successful location review. The report is emailed to the address used at checkout.

Refunds and failed fulfillment

A full refund will be issued if the submitted location is outside Texas, cannot reasonably be identified, cannot be processed by LandSignal, the report cannot be delivered, or a duplicate payment occurs.

A report showing little or no meaningful recent activity is still a completed LandSignal analysis and is not refundable solely because the result is quiet.

Sources and limitations

LandSignal uses official public-record sources, including Texas Railroad Commission records. Public records can contain errors, omissions, coordinate limitations, and publication delays. A permit describes authorized or proposed activity and does not guarantee that a well has been or will be drilled.

Informational use and reasonable reliance

The report is a due-diligence screening aid. It is not a mineral valuation, title opinion, legal opinion, engineering opinion, reserves estimate, royalty valuation, lease valuation, appraisal, or prediction of future drilling. Do not use it as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, lease, legal, engineering, investment, or mineral-rights decision. Verify material facts with the relevant public agency and qualified professional.
